This report analyzes the economic impact of the Pennsylvania State University on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State's 67 counties. This report also examines the individual economic impact of all 24 University campuses on the State and on the counties surrounding each campus location.

This report, a follow-up study from a commissioned report in 1997, uses data from 2003-04 to discuss the contribution of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education to the economic and employment growth of the state of Pennsylvania.
